These terms apply when you use eavara.com or buy from us. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Forever Guarantee and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
eavara.com is run by Eavara LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company, PO Box 1011, Kapaau, HI 96755. Contact: help@eavara.com.
2. Orders
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy from us.
- We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's an obvious error in price or description.
- Prices are in US dollars. The total at checkout includes the price, any mandatory fees, shipping and applicable taxes before you pay.
- Shipping costs and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right.
- Promotions and discount codes have their own terms, shown with the offer. One code per order unless stated otherwise.
3. Subscriptions (automatic renewal)
- When you choose "Subscribe" on a product, you agree to receive that product every month, or at the frequency you choose, and to be charged automatically to your saved payment method until you cancel.

Price: each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown when you signed up, plus shipping and tax shown at checkout. We'll email you before any price increase, and you can cancel before it applies.

Reminders: at least once a year we'll email you a reminder of your subscription terms and how to cancel.

How to cancel: cancel anytime online at eavara.com/apps/subscriptions, or email help@eavara.com. You won't need to call or chat with us to cancel. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that charge. There is no cancellation fee.
- You can also skip, pause or change your subscription online.
- We'll email you a confirmation of your subscription terms after checkout and when you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and email you. We may cancel the subscription if payment keeps failing.
- Every subscription order is covered by our Forever Guarantee.
4. Our products
- Eavara products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Content on our site is general information, not medical advice.
- Everyone's skin is different, and individual results vary. Read the ingredient list before use. Patch-test new products on a small area, and stop using any product that causes irritation. Ask your doctor before use if you're pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition.
- To report a reaction to one of our products, email help@eavara.com.
- Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may change.
5. Reviews and things you send us
- Reviews must be your honest experience with a product you've used. Don't post anything false, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- We publish reviews regardless of rating. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, off-topic, contain personal information, or violate the law, and we don't remove reviews because they're negative.
- If we ever give anything in exchange for a review, we'll offer it no matter what the review says, and the review will say so.
- By posting a review, photo or idea, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it, including your first name and last initial, on our site and in our marketing. If you'd like your review taken down, email us.
6. Using our site
- The content on our site, including text, photos, videos and the Eavara name and logo, belongs to Eavara or our licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, bots, fraud, interfering with its operation, or reselling our products without our written permission.
- Links to other sites, including Amazon, are for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices. Purchases on Amazon are governed by Amazon's terms.
7. Disclaimers
Except for our Forever Guarantee and any warranty the law requires, the site and products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Eavara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection laws.
9. Disputes
If you have a problem, email help@eavara.com first. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court where you live. If you live outside Hawaii, nothing here takes away protections your state's law gives you.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. We'll email active subscribers before any change to subscription terms takes effect.
11. Other
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Forever Guarantee and Refund Policy are the full agreement between you and Eavara for your use of the site and purchases from it.
