Eavara LLC ("Eavara," "we," "us") is a family-run skincare company in Hawaii. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit eavara.com, buy from us, take our skin quiz or join our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover products you buy on Amazon or other stores; their own privacy policies apply there.

We do not collect government ID numbers, precise GPS location or biometric data.
We do not sell your quiz answers.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not sell or share information about children.
Our site uses cookies and similar tools to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic (Google Analytics), record sessions and heatmaps to improve the site (Plerdy), and support advertising (Meta and Google pixels). Session recordings capture clicks, scrolling and the pages you view. Payment details are entered on Shopify's secure checkout, which these tools don't record. You can control cookies through our cookie banner, "Your Privacy Choices," and your browser settings.
You can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page, linked in the footer of our site. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser.

To make a request, email help@eavara.com with the subject line "Privacy request," or write to us at the address below. There is no fee. We'll confirm we received it within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by another 45 days and will tell you why). We'll verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records; we never ask for more than we need. You can use an authorized agent if you give them signed permission. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line, and we'll respond within 60 days. If you're not satisfied with the appeal, you can contact your state attorney general. We will never charge you more, give you worse service or refuse to sell to you for using these rights.
Some quiz questions ask about skin concerns like redness, breakouts or sensitivity. Some states treat this as sensitive or "consumer health data." We use your answers to recommend products, send you your results and personalize the emails we send you. We don't sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing help@eavara.com.
We send marketing emails only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We use reasonable safeguards, including Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and access controls on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by Hawaii law and the law of your state.
Our site and products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or sell or share information about anyone under 16. If you think a child gave us information, email help@eavara.com and we'll delete it.
We operate in the United States, and our service providers store data in the United States and other countries where they operate.
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and post a notice on our site, and email you if the change affects how we use information we already have.
