  • I opened and used the product. Can I still return it?

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

  • How long will it take me to see results?

    You will get the best results from consistent use of our products over at least 30 days (which is why we offer a Forever Guarantee).


    We use active, plant based ingredients that nourish the skin and overtime deliver dramatic results. 


    One thing to remember is that healthy skin is a result of both external and internal factors like stress, diet, exercise, etc.

  • Is the Botanical Facial Cleanser supposed to be a black/grey color?

    Yes, it is! In our cleanser we use coconut charcoal (to detoxify the skin) and we use Tamanu Oil which is a dark green color.

  • What is the fragrance in your products?

    We use premium essential oils that conform to FDA standards. The oils are made in the USA and never tested on animals. When you have more than one essential oil mixed together, the FDA mandates that we call it “parfum” or “fragrance”.

  • Is Eavara cruelty-free?

    Yes — all of our products are never tested on animals.


    We do not conduct animal testing, and we do not work with suppliers who test finished products on animals.


    Some of our formulations (5 out of 9) are fully vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients.


    A few of our products contain ethically sourced, grass-fed beef tallow. These products are not vegan, but they are still cruelty-free in the sense that no animals are harmed or tested on during product development. Our tallow is sourced as a byproduct of the food industry from farms that prioritize humane and regenerative practices.


    If you prefer strictly vegan products, you can find those clearly labeled on each product page.

  • Are Eavara products gluten-free?

    Yes, all of our products are gluten-free and paraben-free.

  • I don't know what products to buy. I need help.

  • In what order should I apply my products?

    Applying skin care in the proper order ensures that your skin receives the full benefit of each product!


    Try using a 3 step process: Cleanse, Treat, Moisturize.


    Start with the cleanser, then apply face and/or eye serum and finish with a hydrating moisturizer.

  • I have very sensitive skin, should I try Eavara products?

    Many customers with sensitive skin have loved our skincare! But, we always suggest patch testing any product before applying to ensure that you do not have a reaction.
